Abstract

• Retrograde intussusception post RYGB is a very rare complication usually presenting with vague abdominal symptoms. • Female patients who experience very good weight loss post RYGB are most prone. • Operative intervention should not be delayed after appropriate resuscitation. • Resection of the jejunojejunostomy with two anastomoses recreation has least likelihood of recurrence.

摘要

• 胃旁路术后逆行性肠套叠是一种非常罕见的并发症，通常表现为模糊的腹部症状。

• 胃旁路术后体重减轻效果非常好的女性患者最容易发生。

• 适当复苏后不应延迟手术干预。
