The aim of this study was to evaluate the inhibitory activity of chemistry products against the growth of , spp., and . Pyrazole derivatives (4-bromo-2-(1H-pyrazol-3-yl)phenol, 4-nitro-3-pyrazolecarboxylic acid, N-(benzyloxycarbonyl)-1H-pyrazole-1-carboxamidine), 3-amino-5-hydroxypyrazole, 3,5-pyrazoledicarboxylic acid monohydrate, and selected complexes of Cu(II) with the mentioned pyrazoles as ligands were used as chemistry bioactives for antibacterial activity. The testing method was carried out according to the disc diffusion method. Some compounds have shown inhibitory effects against the growth of . A small number of compounds have shown inhibitory effects against the growth of spp. but did not show inhibitory effects on compared to amoxicillin as a standard.
本研究的目的是评估化学产品对 、 属和 的生长抑制活性。吡唑衍生物(4-溴-2-(1H-吡唑-3-基)苯酚、4-硝基-3-吡唑羧酸、N-(苄氧羰基)-1H-吡唑-1-甲脒)、3-氨基-5-羟基吡唑、3,5-吡唑二甲酸一水合物以及以上述吡唑为配体的选定铜(II)配合物用作具有抗菌活性的化学生物活性物质。测试方法按照纸片扩散法进行。一些化合物已显示出对 的生长有抑制作用。少数化合物已显示出对 属的生长有抑制作用,但与作为标准品的阿莫西林相比,对 未显示出抑制作用。
