Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To analyze the correlation between the levels of gastrin, serum IGF-1, and GHBP and growth and development in children with short stature (SS) using the big data.

METHODS

By means of retrospective analysis, the clinical data of 42 children with SS admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study group, while 30 children with the healthy physical examination results in the corresponding period were selected as the control group to measure the growth and development indices and the levels of gastrin, serum IGF-1, and GHBP. The Pearson correlation analysis was used for the relationship between the levels of gastrin, serum IGF-1, and GHBP and growth and development indices in children with SS, and the targeted intervention measures were formulated by the analysis of experimental data.

RESULTS

Compared with the study group, the height, weight, and bone mineral density (BMD) -scores of children in the control group were obviously higher ( < 0.001). The levels of gastrin, serum IGF-1, and GHBP in the study group were markedly lower than those in the control group ( < 0.05). The Pearson correlation analysis showed that the gastrin, serum IGF-1, and GHBP of children were positively correlated with growth and development indices ( < 0.001). The levels of gastrin, serum IGF-1, and GHBP in children were distinctly improved after treatment ( < 0.05).

CONCLUSION

The gastrin, serum IGF-1, and GHBP are closely related to the SS, and the effective clinical intervention can better improve the above indicators of children to promote their growth and development.

目的

利用大数据分析胃泌素、血清 IGF-1 和 GHBP 水平与儿童身材矮小(SS)生长发育的相关性。

方法

采用回顾性分析方法,选取 2020 年 10 月至 2021 年 10 月我院收治的 42 例 SS 患儿的临床资料作为观察组,同期选取 30 例健康体检结果的儿童作为对照组,测量生长发育指标及胃泌素、血清 IGF-1、GHBP 水平。采用 Pearson 相关性分析 SS 患儿胃泌素、血清 IGF-1、GHBP 水平与生长发育指标的关系,并通过实验数据分析制定针对性的干预措施。

结果

与观察组相比,对照组儿童的身高、体质量、骨密度(BMD)评分明显较高(<0.001)。观察组患儿的胃泌素、血清 IGF-1、GHBP 水平明显低于对照组(<0.05)。Pearson 相关性分析显示,儿童的胃泌素、血清 IGF-1、GHBP 与生长发育指标呈正相关(<0.001)。治疗后儿童的胃泌素、血清 IGF-1、GHBP 水平明显改善(<0.05)。

结论

胃泌素、血清 IGF-1、GHBP 与 SS 密切相关,有效的临床干预可更好地改善儿童上述指标,促进其生长发育。
