Abstract
A site-specific method for the preparation of N-glycosylated peptides is described. Incorporation of a peptide backbone thioamide linkage adjacent to an Asp residue facilitates a Ag -promoted, site-specific conversion to N-glycosylated Asn residues in peptides.
