The increase of the content of lipoperoxidation products, the decrease of antiradical activity of lipids and the activities of superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase and glutathione reductase in the skin of rats have been found to be a result of ultraviolet (UV) radiation. The dose and time dependences of changes of these parameters have been obtained. It is suggested that intensification of lipid peroxidation in the skin of UV-radiated animals is correlated with the inhibition of the antiperoxide systems.
已发现大鼠皮肤中脂过氧化产物含量增加、脂质抗自由基活性以及超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和谷胱甘肽还原酶活性降低是紫外线(UV)辐射的结果。已获得这些参数变化的剂量和时间依赖性。有人提出,紫外线辐射动物皮肤中脂质过氧化的增强与抗过氧化物系统的抑制有关。
