The denitrification process was completed in coal-fired power plants, resulting in the fly ash containing NHHSO. When this kind of fly ash with ammonia was applied to cement and concrete, there could be phenomena such as a retarded setting time, decreased compressive strength, and volume expansion. This paper mainly investigated the influence of fly ash containing NHHSO on the properties of fly ash cement paste, and pastes with NaHSO were set as the control samples. The research on Na in cement hydration was studied. The influence of NHHSO content in fly ash on the properties of fly ash cement paste was also investigated. It was found that NH could greatly affect the properties of fly ash cement paste, such as significantly reducing the fluidity, prolonging the setting time, decreasing the compressive strength, increasing the drying shrinkage, decreasing the total heat released during the hydration, and affecting the content of calcium hydroxide hydrate. Increasing the ammonia content of the denitrified fly ash would reduce fluidity, retard its setting time, increase the porosity of the cement stone, and increase the number of pores with large sizes in the fly ash cement paste. The increase of porosity and pores with large sizes in cement decreases the compressive strength and increases the drying shrinkage of the fly ash cement paste.
脱硝过程在燃煤电厂中完成,导致飞灰中含有硫酸氢铵(NHHSO)。当这种含氨飞灰应用于水泥和混凝土时,可能会出现凝结时间延长、抗压强度降低和体积膨胀等现象。本文主要研究了含硫酸氢铵(NHHSO)飞灰对粉煤灰水泥浆体性能的影响,并将含硫酸氢钠(NaHSO)的浆体作为对照样品。研究了水泥水化过程中钠的作用。还研究了飞灰中硫酸氢铵(NHHSO)含量对粉煤灰水泥浆体性能的影响。结果发现,铵(NH)会极大地影响粉煤灰水泥浆体的性能,如显著降低流动性、延长凝结时间、降低抗压强度、增加干燥收缩、减少水化过程中释放的总热量以及影响氢氧化钙水化物的含量。增加脱硝飞灰中的氨含量会降低流动性、延缓其凝结时间、增加水泥石的孔隙率,并增加粉煤灰水泥浆体中尺寸较大的孔隙数量。水泥中孔隙率和大尺寸孔隙的增加会降低粉煤灰水泥浆体的抗压强度并增加其干燥收缩。
