Mesenteric mesonephric adenocarcinoma is an uncommon mesenteric neoplasm, which was arising from the mesonephric remnant of the female reproductive tract. Herein, we report the 68 Ga-FAPI PET/CT findings in a 66-year-old woman with mesenteric mesonephric adenocarcinoma.
