Fracture of the penis: conservative versus surgical treatment.

Four patients with penile rupture were treated by a surgical procedure without any complications. Three patients with a history of penile fracture consulted for sexual problems; 2 of them had a penile curvature and the other presented an arteriovenous fistula. We discuss immediate treatment of penis rupture by comparing our results and those reported in the literature.
