A reverse facial artery perforator flap for partial thickness defect at the lateral upper lip: Technical note.

The donor site was situated in the beard skin adjacent to the upper lateral lip defects. Based on the anatomical knowledge, the perforator was not skeletonized, and carried in the subcutaneous layer of the flap. The coverage of the defect after transposing the flap with a rotational arc has led to perfect lip morphology with a natural hair pattern.
