[Computer evaluation of tocograms following administration of Spasmalgan (denaverin)].

Computer analysis of tocograms after administration of Spasmalgan (Denaverin). The influence of spasmolyant Spasmalgan on 5 parameters of labour has been examined in 50 intraamniotic derived tocograms by on line fetal monitoring. Only a little increase of the basal tone has been shown after administration of Spasmalgan. The method is recommended for testing the uterotropic influence of pharmacons in labour.
