Abstract

A case of pedunculated intraluminal oesophageal hamartoma in a 10-year-old male child, who presented with respiratory stridor, is reported. The clinical features of this clinical entity are so similar to other benign oesophageal neoplasms that a definite diagnosis can be made only after surgical excision and histopathology.

报告了一例10岁男性儿童的带蒂腔内食管错构瘤病例，该患儿表现为呼吸性喘鸣。这种临床实体的临床特征与其他良性食管肿瘤非常相似，只有在手术切除和组织病理学检查后才能做出明确诊断。
