We report our experience of ureterocalycostomy in two patients with good results. Some technical points and the indications of this plastic surgery are discussed. If ureteropelvic anastomosis is impossible, this method of surgery must be tried before performing urinary diversion, such as nephrostomy.
我们报告了两例患者行输尿管肾盂造口术的经验，效果良好。文中讨论了该整形手术的一些技术要点及适应证。若输尿管肾盂吻合术无法实施，则在进行诸如肾造瘘等尿流改道术之前，必须尝试这种手术方法。
