[On the treatment of Terrien's marginal dystrophy (author's transl)].

Many techniques have been described for the treatment of Terrien's marginal dystrophy, which are intended to reduce the astigmatism, reduce complications and prevent a progression of the disease. Described here is a technique for performing a lamellar keratoplasty without rupturing the very thin recipient cornea while preparing the graft bed.
