Abstract
A case of epithelioid hemangioendothelioma of the liver is reported. Both immunohistochemical and electron-microscopic examinations revealed the neoplastic cells to share many characteristics with endothelial cells. We discuss and compare this rare tumor, which represents a low-grade sclerosing hemangiosarcoma of the liver, with its pulmonary counterpart, which is known as intravascular bronchioloalveolar tumor (IVBAT).

本文报告了一例肝脏上皮样血管内皮瘤。免疫组织化学和电子显微镜检查均显示肿瘤细胞具有许多与内皮细胞相同的特征。我们将这种罕见的肿瘤（即一种低度硬化性肝血管肉瘤）与其肺部对应物（即血管内细支气管肺泡瘤，IVBAT）进行了讨论和比较。
