Abstract
Lung allotransplantation is still an experimental method. Immunologic rejection makes it highly lethal in experimental animals as well as in man. Its present state can in no way be compared with renal transplantation in man.

肺同种异体移植仍然是一种实验性方法。免疫排斥反应使其在实验动物和人类中都具有很高的致死率。其目前的状况根本无法与人类肾移植相提并论。
