Abstract
Sentinel lymph node biopsy is the standard of care for axillary staging in early, clinically node-negative breast cancer. The lymphatic pathways could be altered after receiving axillary treatments such as radiation and/or axillary lymph node dissection. We report a case of inguinal and contralateral axilla SLNs in breast cancer recurrence.
摘要
前哨淋巴结活检是早期临床腋窝淋巴结阴性乳腺癌腋窝分期的标准治疗方法。在接受放疗和/或腋窝淋巴结清扫等腋窝治疗后，淋巴引流途径可能会发生改变。我们报告了一例乳腺癌复发时腹股沟及对侧腋窝前哨淋巴结的病例。
