Abstract

Migratory cycloisomerization using transition metal catalyst is useful for synthesizing substituted heterocyclic compounds. We achieved palladium-catalyzed migratory cycloisomerization of 3-o-alkynylphenoxy acrylic acid ester derivatives to give 2,3-disubstituted benzofurans. Although there are several reports of benzofuran synthesis with palladium-catalyzed migratory cycloisomerization, migratory groups are limited to allyl and propargyl groups. This report is the first example of benzofuran synthesis with palladium-catalyzed cycloisomerization of C(sp)-O bond cleavage.

使用过渡金属催化剂的迁移环异构化反应对于合成取代杂环化合物很有用。我们实现了钯催化的3-o-炔基苯氧基丙烯酸酯衍生物的迁移环异构化反应,得到了2,3-二取代苯并呋喃。尽管有几篇关于钯催化迁移环异构化反应合成苯并呋喃的报道,但迁移基团仅限于烯丙基和炔丙基。本报告是首例通过钯催化C(sp)-O键裂解的环异构化反应合成苯并呋喃的实例。
