Abstract
The article generalizes and analyzes specific results of conservative and operative treatment of 133 patients with appendicular infiltrate. Immediate results were studied and they were taken as a basis for recommendations on the surgical tactics in appendicular infiltrate and periappendicular abscesses.

本文总结并分析了133例阑尾浸润患者保守治疗和手术治疗的具体结果。研究了近期疗效，并以此为基础提出了关于阑尾浸润和阑尾周围脓肿手术策略的建议。
