Abstract
The introduction of prophylactics of hepatitis B in surgical departments results in 2 times lower growth of HBsAg carriers among medical men. The main prophylactic measures consist in an analysis of the donor blood and HBsAg examination of surgical patients, treatment of HBsAg carriers as acutely contagious persons, centralized sterilization of medical instruments and individual protection of the personnel.
摘要
外科科室引入乙肝预防措施后，医务人员中乙肝表面抗原（HBsAg）携带者的增长率降低了两倍。主要预防措施包括对供血进行分析、对外科患者进行HBsAg检测、将HBsAg携带者作为急性传染病人进行治疗、医疗器械的集中消毒以及对工作人员的个人防护。
