The genus Priesner is a group of mainly wingless species in the tribe Haplothripini. The genus is diagnosed here based on the three species known from China, including Dang & Qiao collected from bases of grass in Tibet. An illustrated identification key to the three species from China is provided and the CO1 barcode sequence is given for the new species.
普里斯纳属是管蓟马族中一组主要无翅的物种。在此基于已知来自中国的三个物种对该属进行了诊断，包括采自西藏草基部的党氏普里斯纳管蓟马和乔氏普里斯纳管蓟马。提供了中国这三个物种的带图检索表，并给出了新物种的细胞色素氧化酶亚基1（CO1）条形码序列。
