[An endometrial carcinoma occurring in both horns of a uterus bicornis unicollis--a case report].

A case of an endometrial carcinoma occurring in both horns of a uterus bicornis unicollis in a 50-year-old women is described. This diagnosis can be easily missed unless both endometrial cavities are curetted simultaneously in cases of an either right or left affected fundus of a divided uterus. The correct diagnosis and a prompt definite treatment in this rare combination are emphasized.
