[Paranoid conspiratory delusion].

Taking paranoid conspiratory delusion as example, it is attempted to describe the connection between structure and content of delusions. Inspired by Freuds interpretation of the case Schreber, the cathexis of socially recognized meanings with subjective interest is described as a matrix of cathexis. Delusion is seen as a "filling" of "cathexis-holes".
