[Primary actinomycosis of the bladder].

A case of vesicular actinomycosis recognized on histopathologic examination of biopsy material from a 48-year-old male is reported. Clinical and paraclinical findings and the nature of histopathologic changes indicated that the lesions in the bladder were primary and contained actinomycotic granulomas of a destructive type. The drusen showed central lysis and were disintegrating into granules.
