Concomitant ipsilateral intracapsular and extracapsular fractures of the femoral neck, also termed "segmental fracture neck femur," are rare injuries, especially in physiologically young patients. We present 3 such cases that successfully underwent operative fixation with an extramedullary implant.
Good clinical outcomes may be obtained after osteosynthesis with extramedullary fixation devices in concomitant ipsilateral intracapsular and extracapsular fractures of the femoral neck in young patients (<60 years). They should be followed for a long duration to look for avascular necrosis.
股骨颈囊内和囊外同时骨折，也称为“股骨颈节段骨折”，较为罕见，尤其是在年轻患者中。我们报告了 3 例此类病例，这些病例均成功地采用髓外植入物进行了手术固定。
对于年轻患者(<60 岁)的股骨颈囊内和囊外同时骨折，采用髓外固定装置进行内固定可获得良好的临床效果。应长期随访以观察是否发生股骨头坏死。
