Abstract
A 14-year-old boy was evaluated for the presence of a foreign body in the descending colon. It successfully passed after oral colonic lavage solution (Golytely), obviating endoscopic intervention. The approaches to colonic foreign body removal are reviewed.

一名14岁男孩因降结肠内有异物而接受评估。口服结肠灌洗溶液（聚乙二醇电解质散）后，异物成功排出，无需进行内镜干预。本文对结肠异物取出的方法进行了综述。
