Abstract

Irregular narrow QRS complex tachycardia is associated with a wide range of differential diagnoses, including atrial fibrillation and atrial tachyarrhythmia with altered atrioventricular conduction. Here, we present a case of narrow QRS complex tachycardia with variable R-R intervals and discrete P waves. ().
