[Value of computed tomography in acute adrenal failure].

Three patients with acute adrenal insufficiency of different causes are presented. In all three cases the adrenals were grossly enlarged and showed additional more specific changes that made a definite CT diagnosis possible in spite of the fact that clinical signs were rather non-specific in two of the three cases.
