A case of symptomatic celiac artery aneurysm with pancreatic involvement treated by excision, 85% pancreatectomy, and direct reanastomosis of the common hepatic artery with restoration of arterial continuity is reported. This is the first reported case, of which we are aware, in which celiac artery aneurysm resection also required partial pancreatectomy. Pancreatic involvement by celiac artery aneurysm is discussed. The rationale for early diagnosis and recommended treatment is presented.
