[Surgical treatment of pseudarthroses and defects of the long bones at polyclinics].

The author describes his experience with the operative treatment after G. A. Ilizarov of 22 patients with false joints under conditions of the out-patient clinic. Good results were obtained in all the cases. The method of periosseous osteosynthesis is recommended for wide use under conditions of the the out-patient clinic.
