A case of pelvic hemangiopericytoma resembling a prostatic tumor is presented. Radical prostatovesiculectomy with enblock tumor excision was performed. No metastases were found. The histopathologic picture was suggestive of the malignant form of hemangiopericytoma. Two years postoperatively the patient is in good condition without any signs of recurrence.
本文报告一例酷似前列腺肿瘤的盆腔血管外皮细胞瘤。实施了前列腺精囊根治性切除术并整块切除肿瘤。未发现转移。组织病理学表现提示为恶性血管外皮细胞瘤。术后两年患者状况良好，无任何复发迹象。
