Abstract

A case report of flexor tenosynovitis of the right ring finger in a 27-year-old black woman leading to the diagnosis of sarcoidosis is presented. Sarcoidosis of a flexor tendon sheath is rare. Flexor tenosynovectomy provided material for histologic diagnosis and increased the function of the hand.

本文报告了一例27岁黑人女性右手环指屈肌腱腱鞘炎病例，该病例最终诊断为结节病。屈肌腱鞘结节病较为罕见。屈肌腱鞘切除术为组织学诊断提供了材料，并改善了手部功能。
