Abstract

The cadmium, lead, copper, zinc, iron, manganese, and nickel concentrations have been determined in muscle tissue of 201 cod (Gadus morhua) netted in 1983 in different regions in the southern part of the Baltic Sea. The method of measurement was atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The mean values obtained related to wet weight (mg/kg) for cod muscle tissue were: 0.005 Cd, 0.086 Pb, 0.15 Cu, 3.9 Zn, 3.7 Fe, 0.21 Mn, and 0.081 Ni. The results are compared with values reported previously for cod from the Baltic Sea by other authors.

测定了1983年在波罗的海南部不同区域捕获的201条鳕鱼（ Gadus morhua ）肌肉组织中的镉、铅、铜、锌、铁、锰和镍含量。测量方法为原子吸收分光光度法。鳕鱼肌肉组织以湿重计（mg/kg）的平均值为：镉0.005、铅0.086、铜0.15、锌3.9、铁3.7、锰0.21、镍0.081。将结果与其他作者之前报道的波罗的海鳕鱼的值进行了比较。
