Abstract
A case of subacute necrotizing encephalomyelopathy (SNE; Leigh's disease) in an infant aged 19 months is reported. In addition to the typical central nervous lesions, hyperlactatemia and hyperpyruvatemia and morphological changes in the kidney were documented and have been identified as a tubulo-interstitial disease with a focal sclerosing glomerulopathy.

报告了一例19个月大婴儿的亚急性坏死性脑脊髓病（SNE； Leigh病）。除典型的中枢神经病变外，还记录到高乳酸血症、高丙酮酸血症以及肾脏的形态学改变，已确定为伴有局灶性硬化性肾小球病的肾小管间质性疾病。
