Combined Method of immunohistochemistry using monoclonal antibody to leucocyte-common antigen and autoradiography after incorporation of radiothymidine in vitro were carried out in human endometrium to identify the cell type of various stromal cells and to clarify their cell kinetics in a sexual cycle. It became evident that stromal fibroblasts incorporated radiothymidine during the proliferative phase only, while leucocytes, reacted with the monoclonal antibody, also did during the late secretory phase. The cells of endometrial blood vessels incorporated radiothymidine during the whole cycle. Endometrial granulocytes, carrying leucocytecommon antigen, incorporated radiothymidine during the late secretory phase.
采用抗白细胞共同抗原单克隆抗体的免疫组织化学方法与体外掺入放射性胸腺嘧啶核苷后的放射自显影相结合,对人子宫内膜进行研究,以鉴定各种基质细胞的细胞类型,并阐明其在性周期中的细胞动力学。结果表明,基质成纤维细胞仅在增殖期掺入放射性胸腺嘧啶核苷,而与单克隆抗体反应的白细胞则在分泌晚期也掺入。子宫内膜血管的细胞在整个周期中都掺入放射性胸腺嘧啶核苷。携带白细胞共同抗原的子宫内膜粒细胞在分泌晚期掺入放射性胸腺嘧啶核苷。
