[Necrotizing gingivitis in an infant with chronic benign neutrocytopenia].

A necrotizing inflammation in the mucosa of the superior maxilla is described in an infant suffering from benign chronic neutrocytopenia. A connection between primary dentition which occurred at the same time and the basic illness is assumed.
