Abstract

In patients with tracheobronchial injuries, the site and extent of injury is determined by physical, radiologic, and bronchoscopic examination. The choice of airway management depends on the location of the lesion. Close cooperation between the anesthesiologist and surgeon is necessary.

对于气管支气管损伤患者，损伤的部位和范围通过体格检查、影像学检查及支气管镜检查来确定。气道管理方式的选择取决于病变的位置。麻醉医生和外科医生之间密切合作是必要的。
