[Preoperative prognosis of the outcome of the surgical treatment of patients for lung cancer metastases to the brain].

Quantitative analysis of patients' history, catamnesis, clinical and X-ray data formed the basis for a statistically reliable evaluation of the significance of each factor or symptom in making prognosis for surgical treatment of patients with lung cancer metastases into the brain. Such data provide a rationale for admission of such cases to neurosurgical wards.
