[Use of a rotation flap from tissues of the preauricular region and lateral surface of the neck for closing a penetrating defect of the cheek].

The authors use the rotational flap tranfered from the lateral surface of the neck, with one-stage epithelization of the wound surface from the side of the mouth cavity with a split skin graft, to correct the postoperative penetrating defect of the cheek. The necessity of a thorough fixation of the skin graft on the wound surface emphasized.
