Abstract
We report a case of primary lymphoma of the liver, diffuse large cell type, which was treated by lobectomy. A review of the literature shows nine other similar cases of which six were also of the diffuse large cell type. Diffuse large cell lymphomas of the liver tend to form one or two large masses that can often be resected in toto. We suggest that lobectomy should be considered as a mode of treatment of primary diffuse large cell lymphoma of the liver.

我们报告一例经肝叶切除术治疗的原发性肝脏弥漫大细胞型淋巴瘤。文献回顾显示还有其他9例类似病例，其中6例也是弥漫大细胞型。肝脏弥漫大细胞淋巴瘤倾向于形成一个或两个大肿块，通常能够完整切除。我们建议肝叶切除术应被视为原发性肝脏弥漫大细胞淋巴瘤的一种治疗方式。
