The compounds featuring α-difluorothiomethylated ketone skeleton derivatives are of particular interest in pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals. Herein, we designed novel electrophilic -difluoromethylthiophthalimide reagents that can be easily prepared with commercially available and economical chemicals. These reagents could smoothly react with various nucleophiles, such as Grignard reagents, boronic acids, β-keto esters, and anilines, which affords structurally diverse α-difluoromethylthiolated ketones in good to excellent yields. The formal synthesis of active antifungal compounds positively confirmed the practicability of these reagents.
具有α-二氟甲硫基酮骨架衍生物的化合物在药物和农用化学品方面具有特别的关注。在此,我们设计了新型的亲电性α-二氟甲硫基邻苯二甲酰亚胺试剂,这些试剂可以很容易地用商业上可获得和经济的化学品来制备。这些试剂可以与各种亲核试剂(如格氏试剂、硼酸、β-酮酯和苯胺)顺利反应,以良好至优异的收率得到结构多样的α-二氟甲硫基酮。活性抗真菌化合物的形式合成证实了这些试剂的实用性。
