Abstract
A new 1-stage procedure with a pedicled scrotal flap for bulbomembranous urethral reconstruction is described. The scrotal septum used as a pedicle provides good mobility to the flap. Because of this mobility the method appears to be applicable for reconstruction anywhere along the urethra.
