Abstract

Irradiation of rats with a dose of 20 Gy exerts a pronounced inhibitory action on the stimulation by phenamine of their behaviour activity. Since the ability of the preparation to increase the synthesis and release (degradation) of dopamine and norepinephrine does not change the effect of radiation it is suggested that under the action of radiation the sensitivity of catecholaminergic ceptors to the effect of the corresponding neuromediators decreases.

用20戈瑞剂量照射大鼠,对苯丙胺刺激其行为活动具有显著的抑制作用。由于该制剂增加多巴胺和去甲肾上腺素合成与释放(降解)的能力并未改变辐射效应,因此表明在辐射作用下,儿茶酚胺能受体对相应神经介质作用的敏感性降低。
