A total of 100 patients with sequelae of head traumas (concussion, contusion) were examined for the status of nonspecific cerebral systems. Forty healthy subjects comprised a control group. Combined examination of vegetative, electropolygraphic and neuropsychological systems made it possible to identify a syndrome of psychovegetosomatic disregulation in patients with a history of neurotrauma. It is suggested that the above syndrome is the key mechanism of head trauma consequences and that its development is related to dysfunction of nonspecific cerebral systems.
总共对100名头外伤后遗症(脑震荡、挫伤)患者进行了非特异性脑系统状况检查。40名健康受试者组成对照组。对自主神经系统、脑电图和神经心理系统进行综合检查,使得识别有神经创伤病史患者的精神植物神经失调综合征成为可能。有人提出,上述综合征是头部创伤后果的关键机制,其发展与非特异性脑系统功能障碍有关。
