[Clinical value of ceftriaxone in the preoperative prevention of sepsis in orthopedic and traumatologic surgery].

Authors reported the results of clinical experiments on the use of Ceftriaxone in the prophylaxis of post operative orthopaedic and traumatological complications in 30 patient. The absence of post operative infection and the good tolerance confirm its usefulness for antibiotic prophylaxis in orthopaedic surgery.
