[Vascular supply of the ulnar nerve following neurolysis in the area of the elbow].

In an experimental study the blood supply of the ulnar nerve after neurolysis at the elbow was investigated. There was no disturbance of blood supply of the nerve either after decompression or after dissection of the nerve. After interfascicular neurolysis, however, the intraneural vessel plexus was destroyed.
