Abstract

An interesting self-coupling/cyclization of 5-aminopyrazoles is revealed, which provides a variety of pyridazine cores in reasonable yields. In this reaction, C(sp)-C(sp) and N-N bond formation occurs simultaneously in one reaction vessel. The photophysical properties of the synthesized compounds were also studied and some of them exhibited fluorescence properties with good quantum yields. A radical mediated reaction mechanism is proposed with the help of control experiments.

揭示了5-氨基吡唑有趣的自偶联/环化反应,该反应能以合理的产率提供多种哒嗪核心结构。在该反应中,C(sp)-C(sp)键和N-N键在同一个反应容器中同时形成。还研究了合成化合物的光物理性质,其中一些化合物表现出具有良好量子产率的荧光性质。借助对照实验提出了一种自由基介导的反应机理。
