[Hemodynamic disorders in the acute period of myocardial infarct according to the radiocardiographic data].

Changes in central hemodynamics in patients suffering from acute macrofocal and transmural myocardial infarction with or without circulatory insufficiency were studied by radiocardiography. Cardiac output was found to be increased in the first 24 hours of the disease in persons without circulatory insufficiency as compared to the control group, which may be linked with marked activation of the sympatheticoadrenal system. In the groups of patients with circulatory insufficiency the cardiac output during this period was diminished. In most patients myocardial infarction was preceded by marked changes in teh myocardium. Diminution of hemodynamic values was recorded in all groups of patients on the third day, which was most conspicuous in cases with circulatory insufficiency.
