[Dose dependencies of mutations of germ cells in mice].

The data are presented in favour of nonthresholdness of the dose-effect relationships in exposure of mouse germ cells to chemical mutagens. The data were obtained by the method of dominant lethal mutations and by the analysis of specific locus mutations with single and fractionated treatment at different germ cell stages.
