A comparative analysis based upon studying results of clinico-endoscopic examinations of 376 patients with duodenal ulcers after different kinds of vagotomies evidences high efficiency of fibrogastroduodenoscopy in diagnosis of functional and morphological lesions after surgical procedures. Results of operations are dependent not only on the correct selection of surgical methods, adequate vagotomy and effective drainage, but also on a disturbance of the barrier function of the pylorus.
基于对376例十二指肠溃疡患者在不同类型迷走神经切断术后的临床内镜检查结果进行的比较分析表明，纤维胃十二指肠镜在诊断手术后的功能和形态学病变方面具有很高的效率。手术结果不仅取决于手术方法的正确选择、充分的迷走神经切断术和有效的引流，还取决于幽门屏障功能的紊乱。
