Curative plasmapheresis was used in 10 critically burned patients at the stage of acute burn toxemia with the delirious syndrome with the unfavourable prognosis. Good immediate results were obtained in all the patients: psychic disorders were arrested by the end of the procedure. Clinico-laboratory data have shown the curative plasmapheresis to be an effective detoxicating method resulting in the elimination of various toxic substances from the organism.
对10例处于急性烧伤毒血症阶段、伴有谵妄综合征且预后不良的重症烧伤患者进行了治疗性血浆置换。所有患者均取得了良好的即时效果：在治疗结束时精神障碍得到控制。临床实验室数据表明，治疗性血浆置换是一种有效的解毒方法，可从机体中清除各种有毒物质。
